 150 g Of brown sugar
 250 g Of flour
 50 g Of caster sugar
 3 cCooking apples
 5 Stalks of rhubarb
 30 ml Of water
 75 g Of margarine
 2 tbsp Of porridge oats

Apple And Rhubarb Crumble Recipe: Preheat the oven to 200°C / 360°F / Gas Mark 4. Put sliced apples (rhubarb), sugar, and water in a saucepan and cook gently until they are soft. Place cooked fruit mixture in a pie dish.

Sieve flour into a bowl. Rub in the margarine until the mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs. Put sugar and porridge oats and mix thoroughly.

Sprinkle crumble mixture over fruit mixture. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-32 minutes.
